Miles Barefoot, Albion’s president, won the SCCA, GT2 class, Southeast Division season championship with a victory in the final event at Roebling Road Raceway in Savannah, Georgia October 9, 2011. Driving the Albion sponsored Number 42 Porsche 911, Barefoot scored three first and four second place finishes for an accumulated total of 176 points. The 7- race season, sanctioned and conducted by the Sports Car Club of America, included events at Virginia International Raceway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Carolina Motorsports Park, in Kershaw SC and Roebling Road, in Savannah, GA.
